Job Description

Brief: As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and launch of innovative products, driving business growth and aligning with market trends. You will manage the product lifecycle, create strategies, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Lead product development from ideation to launch, focusing on mobility solutions. 2. Develop and implement post launch strategies to drive product growth. 3. Create detailed product roadmaps and align them with organizational goals. 4. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback reviews. 5. Develop financial models to assess product feasibility and ROI. 6. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for successful delivery. 7. Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new products. 8. Monitor product KPIs and ensure post-launch success. 9. Manage workflows using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro. 10. Adapt strategies based on emerging mobility trends, including EVs and connected cars. 11. Travel occasionally for product reviews and stakeholder engagement. Qualification and Skills: 1. Strong expertise in product management, adoption and growth strategy, and financial modeling. 2. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and whiteboard tools like Miro. 3. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. 4. Proven experience in cross-functional team collaboration. 5. Knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer insights. 6. Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
