To drive digital innovation & ensure competitive edge in the industry
Work closely with stakeholders involved in the physical journey s to identify the opportunities & approach for digitalizing the processes & customer journeys
Enable stakeholders to take informed decision in relation to digital journey s by providing market, customer insights & stakeholder insights
Design, develop and deliver best possible user experience for customers
To accelerate the adoption of the new journeys launched
Support marketing to develop digital content and campaigns on regular intervals for the new journeys introduced
Technical enhancements to address a requirements or enhance the experience of a customer
Develop business strategies & product road maps, prioritize

MBA

Strategic insights and ability to read and understand data
Innovative and problem solving approach
High on process and technology understanding
Understanding of customer life cycle
Understanding of regulatory framework and banking
Identify & resolve issues in a timely manner
Use data, analytics & critical thinking to drive alignment on product vision.
