Product Manager (5+ years experience)

Key Deliverables

- Drive product vision and roadmap for Bhaiyaa verticals (Grocery, F&B, Health, Events, Community, Subscription, Quick Commerce).

- Define, prioritize, and deliver product features in alignment with business goals.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business, operations, compliance).

- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Oversee release planning, sprint execution, and stakeholder communication.

- Ensure features are adopted effectively with measurable outcomes (conversion, retention, revenue uplift).

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities.

- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value.

- Create and maintain detailed PRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.

- Lead sprint planning and collaborate with engineering/design for timely delivery.

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth launches across Bhaiyaa modules.

- Monitor KPIs post-launch and iterate features based on performance and feedback.

- Ensure compliance with ONDC frameworks and internal governance.

Preferred Qualifications

58 years in product management (preferably SaaS, e-commerce, or hyperlocal domains).

- Strong knowledge of **hyperlocal commerce ecosystems**, ONDC, digital payments, and subscription models.

- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and shipping impactful products.

- Bachelors degree in technology, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).

- Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.
