EPAM Anywhere is looking for Product Manager - Healthcare Payer Domain (SME) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our healthcare payer domain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry, with expertise in SME (Subject Matter Expert) knowledge.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and features that meet customer needs and market trends.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product roadmaps.
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and make data-driven decisions.
Lead and manage a team of product professionals to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager in the healthcare industry, preferably in a payer domain role.
Strong understanding of healthcare payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Jira.
