Product Manager- Fintech

As the Product Manager for our SaaS platforms in the rewards, gift cards, expense management, and prepaid space, your role involves defining and owning the product roadmap. You will be responsible for building user-first, scalable features for both our B2B and B2C SaaS offerings. Your duties will also include conducting competitive and market research to identify trends and gaps in digital rewards, loyalty, and prepaid instruments. It will be your responsibility to translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, workflows, and specifications. Collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, QA, business development, and operations teams is essential to deliver secure, high-performance products. Additionally, tracking key SaaS product metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude is crucial.
