Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Farmley, a high-growth brand in the ERP/SaaS/FMCG Tech industry based in Noida, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap and execution of our ERP systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, define user requirements, and deliver scalable tech solutions aligned with business objectives. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing internal process automation, data visibility, and system integration across various departments such as procurement, inventory, finance, and sales. Your key responsibilities will include defining the ERP product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on business needs and stakeholder inputs, prioritizing requirements from internal users, translating business needs into clear product specs and user stories, driving end-to-end implementation of ERP modules, ensuring scalability and user-friendliness of ERP solutions, monitoring usage and performance of ERP features, collaborating with vendors or internal developers for timely delivery and issue resolution, ensuring data integrity, automation, and system integration, and staying updated with ERP trends and best practices for continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA or PG in operations/technology being a plus. You should have at least 18 years of experience in product management or ERP implementation, preferably with experience in handling ERP for manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG operations. A strong understanding of workflows in procurement, inventory, warehousing, finance, and production, as well as proven abilities in managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering tech-driven solutions, are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment with a hands-on approach.
