Product Manager - Enterprise/AI Portfolio Company

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Product Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for one of our fast-growing Enterprise AI companies. You’ll work closely with customers, engineers, and business teams to build products that solve real problems for large organizations. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) to deliver product features and enhancements
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product development and deployment
• Develop business cases and proposals to support product initiatives
• Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in B2B SasS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier engineering college in India
• Technical background with understanding of software development, data analytics, and cloud technologies
• Proven experience working with large enterprises and understanding their needs and pain points
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and product development life cycles

Nice to Have:

• Experience with speech analytics, AI, natural language processing, or related technologies
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
