About the Role

Product Manager – Data Centre

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the
Data Centre product line
(Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, Power & Cooling, and related solutions).
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to design product strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with leading OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, etc.).
Lead
solution positioning and pre-sales support
for bids, RFPs, and client presentations.
Train and enable the sales team with technical knowledge, product updates, and sales kits.
Oversee
product lifecycle management
– from introduction to end-of-life.
Collaborate with marketing to create product campaigns, collaterals, case studies, and digital content.
Forecast demand, monitor product performance, and optimize portfolio profitability.
Stay up to date with emerging
data centre technologies
(Cloud, HCI, Virtualization, Edge Computing) and recommend innovations.

Requirements

Graduate in IT/Engineering/Business (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management, pre-sales, or business development in Data Centre/IT Infrastructure solutions.
In-depth knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and related technologies.
Proven track record in managing OEM/vendor relationships.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and solution-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Preferred

Work Experience with an IT System Integrator shall be an added advantage
