Job Description

About the Role:

Product Manager

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Business to translate insights into powerful product features that deliver real value to users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior studies to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and business objectives.

2. Product Planning & Execution

  • Translate business requirements and user insights into detailed product specifications, wireframes, and workflows.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and validation to development, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Define success metrics (KPIs) and continuously track performance post-launch.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Business, Marketing, and Operations) to align product goals with overall company strategy.
  • Clearly communicate product decisions, priorities, and timelines across teams.
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to iterate and improve product performance.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage data analytics and user insights to guide prioritization and product improvements.
  • A/B test new features, measure adoption and retention rates, and identify opportunities for optimization.

5. Customer-Centric Development

  • Deeply understand user pain points and behaviors through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization and ensure the product delivers seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 36 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or digital platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, UX principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and design.
  • Ability to define, track, and analyze key metrics for product success.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A user-first mindset with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
