We are hiring for Sr Manager Herbicide role for one of our leading clients in agri input sector for Pune location.
The Senior Manager Herbicide position has been created to strengthen the herbicide product function and lead portfolio strategy, new product development, revenue growth, and farmer adoption initiatives. This is a mission-critical role as company's transitions from a marketplace/D2C model to a retail-first, omnichannel agritech organization.
The role requires a commercially strong and strategically minded leader with deep expertise in Crop Protection, preferably herbicides, to support scaling the CPC portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be execution-focused, effective in cross-functional leadership, and capable of driving high-impact growth in a rapidly scaling organization.
