At CareStack, the Product Manager defines the path forward for the evolution of the product
platform. As a Product Manager, you'd be responsible for:
● Working closely with all our stakeholders - customers, executive leadership, sales,
marketing and implementation teams - to understand and prioritize the most important
drivers for business growth.
● Building consensus on the business priorities based on which the product platform
needs to evolve.
● Working closely with the development and the marketing teams to plan and launch
value bundles within the platform.
● Analyzing the performance of the application platform, monitor the effectiveness of the
features / value bundles launched, and communicate the same within the
organization.
● Evangelizing the product story - around impact, growth and the future - both internally
and externally to build transparency, trust and confidence.
● Working with sales and business development teams to close deals with larger
customers.
What would you need to succeed as a PM at CareStack?
● Ability to empathize, analyse, prioritize, visualize, articulate, document and coordinate.
● A natural desire to make people around you successful.
● Ability and willingness to learn new business domains and applications.
● At least 2 years of experience working as a developer is highly preferred.
● An MBA degree is good-to-have, but not required.
