Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Define and drive the
product strategy and roadmap
for
Helical Insight
and
Ask On Data
.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver features that help users analyze, visualize, and query data efficiently.
Convert customer problems, business needs, and market opportunities into
product requirements, user stories, and actionable workflows
.
Conduct competitive research, monitor analytics trends, and suggest
innovations in BI, AI-driven reporting, and SaaS data products
.
Define KPIs for data adoption, feature usage, and overall product success. Partner with clients, sales, and marketing to validate product ideas and ensure
market alignment
.
Help scale products end-to-end while maintaining
data security, performance, and scalability
standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s in
Computer Science / IT / Engineering + MBA (Product Management, Strategy, Analytics, or Marketing)
.
3+ years of experience in
product management, SaaS, BI, or analytics platforms
.
Strong understanding of
data workflows, visualization, dashboards, querying, and analytics platforms
.
Able to translate complex technical/data problems into
user-centric solutions
.

Analytical, data-driven decision maker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with tools like
Helical Insight, Ask On Data, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python/R, JIRA
is a plus.
