Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building the product roadmap, writing specifications, and working across different teams like art, design, and development to develop and launch new games/products. Your end-to-end ownership of the product will involve analyzing product performance, redesigning as required, and driving business results by managing prioritization and trade-offs among various factors. With a minimum of 7 years of overall experience in product management and at least 3 years in the gaming industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of the product. Key Responsibilities: - Build the product roadmap covering the development and launch of new games/products. - Analyze product performance and redesign as necessary. - Manage activities from product definition & planning to production and release, developing product strategy and road map. - Ensure successful delivery and implementation of the product. - Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints, business drivers, performance, and post-launch support. Qualifications Required: - 7 years of experience in product management in mobile or game development. - Strong project management skills with the ability to present work to executive staff. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to write comprehensive documents clearly, concisely, and in a structured manner. - Good data analysis skills. - Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences.
