Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Blackwins Tech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving product development by planning, managing, and executing product roadmaps for web and mobile app projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products, applying Scrum and Agile methodologies to streamline development cycles, managing resources effectively for timely product delivery, translating business requirements into technical tasks, creating, tracking, and prioritizing issues using project management tools, ensuring clear communication using collaboration tools, monitoring and reporting on product performance, and staying updated with the latest tech trends to support decision-making and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and execute product roadmaps for web and mobile app projects. - Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. - Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to streamline development cycles. - Manage resources effectively to ensure timely product delivery. - Translate business requirements into technical tasks for the development team. - Create, track, and prioritize issues using project management tools. - Ensure clear and consistent communication using collaboration tools. - Monitor and report on product performance, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Stay updated with the latest tech trends to support decision-making and improvements. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodology. - Experience in resource and team management. - Knowledge of web and mobile app development (React.js, React Native preferred). - Ability to understand project objectives and break them down into actionable tasks. - Proficiency in using project management tools (Linear, Jira, Trello, etc.). - Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
