About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team at Blackwins Tech Solutions . You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, building brand awareness, engaging with our community, and helping generate leads through strategic content. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to align with marketing goals. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and manage original and engaging content (text, image, and video). Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.\ Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc., and provide monthly insights and reports. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members for campaign execution. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools.
