Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Bayer, you will act as a brand champion, creating enthusiasm and focus both internally and externally with customers and agencies. Your proactive approach will involve developing marketing and promotional strategies to align with Disease Chapter/brand objectives and customer needs. Monitoring business performance and the external environment will be crucial to deliver corrective actions as necessary to meet business goals. You will be responsible for driving Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing (IMCM) for the Brands and activating digital initiatives. Collaborating with external agencies to implement brand initiatives will be part of your role. Your responsibilities will also include preparing Annual P&I budgets, monitoring sales targets, ensuring full accountability for the portfolio, and overseeing the delivery of all related programs. It will be essential for you to have a deep understanding of diseases and markets to develop customer insights using appropriate techniques and tools. Conducting periodic product training for the sales and medical teams will be a key aspect of your role, along with partnering with various stakeholders both internally (sales, marketing, medical, legal, compliance, governance regulatory, finance, supply chain, Commex) and externally (Health Care Providers, Agencies, Vendors). The ideal candidate for this position should have a University degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or Business qualification. An MBA in Marketing would be considered an added advantage. You should have more than 7 years of marketing services experience, as well as portfolio/brand management experience. Any additional experience in Radiology/Marketing sales would be beneficial.
