Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap to execution and delivery.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user behaviour studies to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, user engagement, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Gather customer feedback and work towards refining product features for better usability and adoption.
• Prioritise product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and business goals.
• Ensure all product releases comply with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and business policies.
• Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning activities with marketing and business teams.
• Stay updated with fintech and payment industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital platforms.
• Proven experience in managing digital product lifecycles from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, UPI, wallets, or related fintech ecosystems is a strong plus.
