Job Title: Product Manager – AI Agents

Location: Hyderabad or Remote

Type: Full-time | AI-first Startup Environment

Experience: 4+ years in product management, 2+ years in AI/ML products preferred

As the Product Manager, you'll define and drive the roadmap for AI-native workflows,

working closely with the AI Tech Lead and a high-caliber engineering team.

Your goal: deliver modular, autonomous solutions that automate decision-making, reduce

cost, and accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities

● Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for agentic AI products

● Deeply understand user needs across enterprise operations and translate them into

agentic workflows.

● Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.

● Collaborate daily with AI Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to shape features, model

capabilities, data flows, and agentic behaviors.

● Work closely with internal SMEs, customers, and partners to validate and iterate fast.

● Ensure compliance, data security, and governance are baked into product features.

● Guide UI/UX for explainability, user control, and seamless human-AI handoffs.

● Manage cross-functional delivery (engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales

enablement).

● Track market trends in AI agents, enterprise SaaS, and automation tools.

Requirements

● Proven experience launching B2B or enterprise SaaS products

● Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation platforms, or intelligent agents.

● Experience working in agile product teams with engineers, designers, and data

scientists.

● Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decisions.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
