Product manager (Ad Tech - DSP)

As a Product Manager at ArabyAds, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and enhancement of our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) product. Your expertise in AdTech, especially in DSP, will be instrumental in aligning the product with market needs and business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and driving innovation will be key responsibilities in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and enhancement of our DSP product, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation. - Drive the design and implementation of AI/ML modules for campaign optimization. - Oversee the integration of MMP platforms and third-party tools for seamless functionality. - Develop strategies for pixel and post back integration to track campaign effectiveness. - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success evaluation. - Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners on product features and best practices. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product knowledge. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in building and managing DSP products in the AdTech industry. - Extensive knowledge of ad servers, DMPs, affiliate management platforms, and major advertising platforms. - Experience in developing self-serve products and implementing AI/ML solutions for advertising optimization. - Strong understanding of programmatic advertising channels and performance marketing principles. - Familiarity with MMP platforms and integration methods. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive mindset for innovation. - Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency preferred.,
