noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

About noon Food

Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you’ll do:

• Collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize your team’s product roadmap, shape requirements, features, and end products.
• Partner with the growth, engineering, creative, and design teams to bring the product vision to life with prototypes and mockups.
• Lead a cross-functional agile team of engineers, product design, and application support to deliver a world-class user and customer experience.
• Be a strong advocate for a data-driven approach that shapes your product’s user experience, as well as leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods to discover your customer’s needs.
• Define overall user-facing commerce experiences, platforms, and services KPIs and ensure proper instrumentation to track against goals.

What you’ll need:

• While not essential, preference for candidates with prior product experience or a demonstrated strong interest in product management through your studies, internships, or side projects.
• Self-directed; Willingness to take ownership and accountability of work
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by influencing teams internally and externally.
• Tech-savvy with a desire to get your hands dirty; keen interest to dabble into HTML/CSS, SQL, Python, Javascript, or other coding languages. You should be eager to set up your analytics dashboard and think through technical complexities.
