About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to conceptualize, build, scale, and evolve our next-generation Cloud and Infrastructure management platform. This platform will empower enterprises to optimize, secure, and automate their cloud operations by integrating advanced FinOps, DevOps, SecOps, and AIOps functionalities. The ideal candidate is adept at owning the product lifecycle from ideation and vision to end-to-end delivery, adoption, and extensive experience in integrating multiple third-party tools and services while collaborating closely with stakeholders across engineering, operations and security domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision
  
  
  
  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for a comprehensive cloud operations platform integrating FinOps, DevOps, SecOps, and AIOps features.
  
  
  • Identify opportunities for tool integrations that enhance platform value and streamline operations.
  
  
  • Conduct regular market, competitive, and user research to understand trends and customer pain points and translate insights into actionable product initiatives.
  
  
  
  


• Platform Conceptualization & Delivery
  
  
  
  • Lead end-to-end product development from inception, requirements gathering, and prototyping through to launch and post-release iterations.
  
  
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design enterprise-scale, platform-centric solutions spanning cloud cost management, automation, security monitoring, and operations analytics.
  
  
  • Prioritize product enhancements and new features based on business value, customer impact, and technological feasibility.
  
  
  
  


• Tool Integration & Platform Extensibility
  
  
  
  • Lead the integration of multiple monitoring, automation, and management tools into the aggregator platform.
  
  
  • Oversee the design and development of APIs, connectors, and plug-in frameworks to support extensible, scalable integrations with internal and external solutions.
  
  
  • Ensure seamless interoperability and unified user experience across integrated tools.
  
  
  
  


• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement
  
  
  
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, and security teams to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions.
  
  
  • Drive cross-team initiatives to roll out FinOps processes (cost optimization, showback/chargeback), DevOps toolchains and automations, proactive SecOps controls, and intelligent monitoring using AIOps.
  
  
  
  


• Day-2 Operations & Governance
  
  
  
  • Ensure platform reliability and scalability define SLAs/SLOs, monitor KPIs, drive cost and security optimization, and implement governance best practices.
  
  
  
  


• Launch & Evangelism
  
  
  
  • Lead product launches internally and externally, deliver demos, enablement sessions, craft documentation, and gather feedback for incremental improvement.
  
  
  
  


• Measure Success
  
  
  
  • Define success metrics (e.g., adoption rate, MTTR, cost savings, security posture), track progress via dashboards, and drive data-informed product improvements.
  
  
  
  


• Thought Leadership & Advocacy
  
  
  
  • Represent the product vision internally and externally, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, engineering, and customers.
  
  
  • Stay ahead of emerging cloud trends, regulatory landscapes, and best practices in automation, governance, and cloud cost management.
  
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (7+ years) in product management within cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise IT domains with a portfolio demonstrating conceptualizing and building monitoring/management platforms from scratch.


• 5+ years in technical product management preferably with observability, monitoring, or cloud platform products and Demonstrated experience from concept to scale of a cloud infrastructure/monitoring platform


• Strong expertise across cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud architecture, and major infrastructure components (compute, storage, automation, security, and telemetry).


• Demonstrable knowledge of product areas in integrating diverse third-party tools, developing APIs, FinOps (cloud cost optimization, allocation, reporting), DevOps (automation, monitoring, CI/CD), SecOps (security, compliance, incident response), and AIOps (proactive analytics and automation).


• Solid technical capability to interact with engineering teams and translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories, prototypes, and deliverables.


• Analytical mindset and experience in leveraging data-driven insights to inform product direction and performance optimization.


• Superior communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to drive consensus and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.


• Certifications in cloud (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure), FinOps, or security domains are a strong plus.


• Prior experience in working with or developing cloud billing, AI/ML-based monitoring/automation, and large-scale compliance solutions.
