JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Senior Business Analyst, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.
• The incumbent will report to Manager - Product Management and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Innovation initiatives using Design Thinking and work with teams to create quick prototype to solve business pain points.
• Work with various teams such as Research, UX, Analytics, to understand the trends, insights to come up with Product Strategy, Vision and Roadmap using Human centric design.
• Understand emerging technology AI/ML, Generative AI, Metaverse etc technologies to find use cases in the product
• Partners with product managers, customers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into requirements and document user stores
• Maintains a product backlog and prioritizes the product features for delivery
• Clearly communicates product vision and requirements
• Collaborates with scrum team to deliver product features and capabilities
• Establishes acceptance criteria and confirms capability delivered meets criteria
• Solicits and incorporates customer, stakeholder, and end user feedback
• Provides direction and guidance to team members and serves as product expert
• Partners with other product owners and product managers to ensure alignment and delivery of integrated solutions.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Application
• Master s in Business Administration

EXPERIENCE

• 5 + years of Product Management/Product Owner experience that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Agile experience
• Experience implementing mobile applications with end-to-end delivery ownership on the product
• Experience in writing Epics, Features, Stories
• Experience in doing UAT and GO-NOGO decisions on the product delivered
• Experience in providing business solutions and working closely with architecture and dev teams to derive the desired outcome
• Must have experience as Product Owner for web and mobile applications
• Must have experience on UX

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Must have a basic understanding of latest technologies in UI/UX and mobile app area
