Product Management Lead - Keyboard

A Product Manager owns a product line from inception to the end of its lifecycle, directing its development and ensuring it aligns with customer needs and the company s business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to understand user needs. Define product features and requirements. Create and manage a product roadmap and timeline. Develop competitor analysis and product positioning strategies. Create product strategy documents that outline business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams. Define metrics to measure the product s success. Drive product planning processes across cross-functional teams. Assess current competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation. Strategize and execute appropriate go-to-market plans. Incorporate customer feedback into the product development lifecycle. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications. Skills Required: Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams. Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies. Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Educational Qualification & Experience: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering or MBA with 6 to 8 years of experience in product development, with a minimum of 6 years in a Product Management role. Demonstrable experience in engineering product design and development lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile processes and practices in software development lifecycles. Effective communication skills with the ability to drive change across the organization. Excellent problem-solving skills, complemented by effective decision-making abilities. Exposure to product management tools, methodologies, and processes.
