Product Lifecycle Manager

Purpose of the Role

Take ownership of managing a product or feature end-to-end — from prioritizing requirements to collaborating with cross-functional teams — to ensure impactful product delivery. This role plays a key part in aligning the product roadmap with Rexera’s vision of building AI-powered real estate solutions that enhance efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Process Mastery: Develop a strong understanding of both the product and related processes, ensuring clear communication for the smooth execution of AI-driven solutions.
• Market & Competitive Insights: Continuously research market trends and monitor competitors to keep the product competitive and aligned with evolving industry needs.
• Product Development Leadership: Drive cross-functional teams in building and launching new features or products that improve efficiency, minimize risks, and generate customer value.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and launch to customer adoption and feedback—ensuring consistent alignment with user needs and market expectations.
• Continuous Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to enhance product performance and contribution to Rexera’s business goals.
• AI-Focused Innovation: Champion the integration of AI by staying updated on emerging technologies and leading the development of new solutions that reshape real estate experiences.

Essential Skills (Technical)

• Technology & SDLC Knowledge: Strong grasp of tech stacks and software development lifecycle; proficient in product management and analytics tools.
• Engineering Collaboration: Ability to partner with engineering teams to define technical requirements and prioritize delivery.
• UX/UI Awareness: Understanding of design principles to ensure a user-friendly, impactful product experience.
• Data Proficiency: Basic skills in SQL and data analysis.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Skilled in facilitating discussions, resolving complex challenges, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Desired Skills

• Innovation Leadership: Creativity and vision to design groundbreaking solutions in real estate.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to market shifts and integrate new technologies or approaches.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred, with emphasis on product management, marketing, or strategy).
• 5–7 years of total experience, including 1–3 years as a Product Manager.

Shift Timing: 2 pm – 11 pm IST
