Purpose of the Role The Client Service Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of property-related data by directly contacting homeowners, HOAs, and relevant stakeholders. This position supports Rexera’s mission of streamlining real estate transactions by gathering and verifying essential information related to municipal liens and property records, ultimately contributing to efficient, compliant, and timely file closures for our clients. Roles and Responsibilities Engage with homeowners and Homeowners Associations (HOAs) to collect accurate and current information. Address HOA-related queries and concerns in alignment with business objectives. Document conversation details with precision and ensure accurate data entry into internal workflow systems. Maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness in all recorded information. Adhere to internal policies and protocols during all communications and processes. Provide daily or weekly updates on call activity and key insights to leadership. Collaborate effectively with team members to support collective goals and responsibilities. Requirements Possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Public Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Have at least 2 years of experience in an international process or with U.S. property liens, counties, or municipal offices (preferred). Be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a clear, neutral accent. Communicate professionally with government officials, property owners, and other stakeholders. Demonstrate strong organizational, research, and problem-solving skills. Be proficient with computers, digital tools, and databases for managing and retrieving information.
