Product Lead

As a Product Lead, your role involves taking part in product design, development, and integration testing. You will be responsible for capturing and modeling requirements, preferably using use cases. Task allocation to team members, describing solutions, and estimating hours on tasks, sometimes in consultation with developers, will be part of your responsibilities. Leading a team of 6-10 developers/Sr. developers, conducting code reviews, and coordinating with the QA team are key tasks. You will also maintain source code and versions, work closely with the Product Sales & Support Team for platform improvements, enhancements, and fixes, and report on resource utilizations. Additionally, you will write robust code, conduct unit tests partially/on-demand, and learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and programming languages. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong knowledge of requirement analysis and software design. - Experience in PHP programming with strong knowledge in MVC architecture. - Experience in at least one MVC framework, preferably Yii 1/2. - Knowledge and experience in RDBMS and MySQL, including confidence in complex SQL queries. - Experience with REST API, XML, and JSON. - Understanding of HTML, HTML5, CSS3, and version release. - Proficiency in Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Good communication skills. - Strong leadership skills to ensure the production of quality products within scheduled timeframes. - Ability to handle time-critical scenarios under pressure. - Experience in issue tracking and version management. - Working knowledge of Linux (an added advantage). - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or React. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will also be expected to work collaboratively with the Product Sales & Support Team for continuous improvements and enhancements in the platform.,
