As a Product Management Intern at Dhan, you will be part of a team that focuses on bringing exceptional products, enhancing user experience, and providing top-notch customer service. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that increase productivity and enhance the products offered by the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Actively work on product strategies by recommending new initiatives and improvements based on detailed customer research and surveys/experiments. - Collaborate with designers, marketing, growth, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life after conducting in-depth customer analysis. - Gather insights on product adoption and improvements, track key metrics, and propose further iterations. - Assist in delivering high-quality product solutions by closely working with designers and engineers throughout the development process. - Look at products, processes, and strategies from different perspectives to drive overall improvement and excellence. **Qualifications Required:** - Post Graduate degree completion by FY 2024-25 in Marketing, Finance, Tech specialization, or related business fields. - Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and written skills. - Hands-on experience in software development would be preferred. - Data-driven with a strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions. - Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Passionate about working in a growing startup/fintech industry.
