Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Channel expansion by identifying new channel partner & new geography by adding retailers.
  • To introduce new products & monitor sales of

    SPS

    regularly.
  • Implementing the annual sales plan for the territory
  • To accompany distributor sales personnel for order booking on a pre-determined cycle.
  • Achieving target According to the product mix.
  • Inspect retail outlets & distributor regularly on maintenance, compliance & adherence to regulatory & company norms.
  • Provide adequate support to Dealers both by way of stocks & promotions in retail outlets.
  • Ensure implementation of schemes by distributors in marketplace.
  • New Business Development by appointing direct dealer and also network corrections.
  • Team Handling
  • Tracking of Distributer Replenishment system.
  • Ensuring The Primary and secondary sales.
  • Sales force Training and development, by giving product knowledge and other programs.
  • To conduct counter meet, retailer meet and distributor meet for effective sales.
