Role Objective:

Product Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Industry Collaboration & Product Innovation

• Establish partnerships with corporates for

  Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD)

  programs.
• Build relationships with industry bodies for

  co-branded curriculum

  and

  joint certifications

  .
• Identify demand-led roles and reverse-engineer certification programs.

1. Strategic Partnerships

• Collaborate with academic institutions and certification partners for joint program development.
• Create win-win models for Sourcing Partners and Placement Partners.

1. Product Ownership & Launch

• Ideate, validate, and own the product lifecycle — from concept to launch.
• Ensure each product aligns with:

• Market demand or job-readiness

• Aspirational job roles

• Strong brand leverage via co-branding

1. Go-To-Market Planning

• Work with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) for effective rollouts.
• Design pricing, delivery model, and outreach strategy to ensure traction from Day 1.

1. New Ideas & Experimentation

• Propose and test innovative skilling formats: bootcamps, weekend programs, hybrid delivery, etc.
• Explore new-age roles in AI, EV, drones, green energy, etc.

Key Success Metrics

• Number of industry partnerships signed
• Number of new programs launched per quarter
• Revenue generated through paid programs
• Candidate placements from these programs
• Brand partnerships secured

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience

  : 8–15 years in EdTech, Skilling, Corporate L&D, or Product Development

• Preferred Backgrounds

  :
• Worked in companies like NIIT, Manipal, UpGrad, Simplilearn, NSDC Partners, or university-industry alliances mainly in the caliber of Product Head / Industry Alliance / or in similar position
• Experience in building & scaling employability or certification programs

• Must have Existing network in Industry/HR/Academic ecosystem
