Job Summary:

Our Client is looking for dynamic and knowledgeable Product Experts with experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate projects, pricing, and market trends, and will be responsible for presenting property products to clients and supporting the sales team with in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of real estate products, including residential and/or commercial projects
• Explain project details, features, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to clients
• Support the sales team by providing accurate and updated product information
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs for clients
• Handle client queries related to inventory, specifications, legal documents, and approvals
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM) for smooth customer experience
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems regularly

Requirements & Skills:

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Product Expert in similar role in real estate
• Strong knowledge of real estate projects, terminology, and sales processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and client interactions efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects
• Exposure to channel partners and broker coordination
• Local real estate market knowledge is an added advantage
