Product Executive

As the Sales and Marketing Lead, your role involves leading and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies for the organization. You will be responsible for reestablishing company brands and taking them to 5X growth. Your key responsibilities include: - Working closely in partnership with the creative team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public facing communications - Analysing market trends, preparing forecasts, and creating plans to improve product line sales using marketing and sale techniques - Managing the P&L of different brands within the Wellness division - Generating new business opportunities - Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicating with senior management leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets - Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights - Coordinating marketing strategies with sales, financial, public relations, and production departments - Building on product messaging to differentiate new products in the market and give them a unique selling point - Executing marketing strategy and plans for existing products - Managing launch campaigns for new products - Communicating the vision and value of new products to the sales team and developing sales tools to facilitate the selling process - Conceptualizing and executing multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle - Proposing marketing budget and adhering to the limits - Researching competitors" offerings in the market - Analysing the effectiveness of marketing efforts and sales campaigns - Performing any other tasks assigned by management personnel or concerned HOD Additionally, the company provides benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
