Product Executive

As a Product Executive, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our digital solution products, ensuring they meet customer needs and are aligned with company goals. You will lead a product development & team of developers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

• Work with the product development team to develop and optimize our digital solution products.
• Plan and manage projects, including project scope and pricing.
• Manage and lead product development and developers.
• Training Associates and internal teams for successful project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
• Track and analyze product & project performance, using data to inform decision-making and improve the product and development processes.
• Simplify development processes and identify new tools to improve efficiency.
• Knowledge about cloud hosting and management preferred.
• Perform any other stipulated work/task provided from time to time.

Desired profile of the candidate

• 0-3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
• Experience with cloud hosting and management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
