Lead and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies for the organization Reestablish company brands and take them to 5X growth Closely work in partnership with creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, including print, event and video assets Analyse market trends and prepare forecasts Analyse sales data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales most likely using marketing and sale techniques Manage P&L of different brands of the Wellness division Generate new business opportunities Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior management leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point Execute marketing strategy and plans for existing products Work with product development teams to manage new product development. Manage launch campaigns for new products Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels Propose marketing budget and adhere to the limits Research competitor’s offerings in market Analyse the effectiveness of the marketing efforts and sales campaigns of the organization Perform any other tasks assigned by management personnel or concerned HOD.
