Product Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies for the organization. You will have the opportunity to reestablish company brands and take them to 5X growth. A key aspect of this role will be to closely collaborate with the creative team, develop creative briefs, and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, event, and video assets. Analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and utilize sales data and channel information to create plans aimed at improving product line sales through effective marketing and sales techniques. You will also be responsible for managing the P&L of different brands within the Wellness division and generating new business opportunities. In this role, you will present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, as well as communicate with senior management leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Research and evaluate new product opportunities, assess demand for potential products, and gain insights into customer needs to inform outreach strategies and increase customer conversions. Collaboration with various departments such as sales, financial, public relations, and production will be crucial to coordinating marketing strategies effectively. You will be tasked with building product messaging that differentiates new products in the market, managing new product development with product development teams, and executing marketing strategies for existing products. Furthermore, you will manage launch campaigns for new products, communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team, and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process. Conceptualizing and executing multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle will be essential, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Your role will also involve proposing marketing budgets, adhering to set limits, researching competitors" offerings in the market, and analyzing the effectiveness of the organization's marketing efforts and sales campaigns.
