Product Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in designing, enhancing, and managing LAP and secured loan products to meet customer needs.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.

· Work with credit and risk teams to define eligibility criteria, policy frameworks, and compliance guidelines.

· Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth loan processing and customer experience.

· Support in pricing strategies including interest rates, fee structures, and product profitability analysis.

· Prepare training materials and conduct product training for sales teams.

· Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal audit requirements.

· Collaborate with marketing to create product-related campaigns and communication material.

· Handle product escalations and ensure timely resolutions.

Skills & Experience

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

· 1–3 years of experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector in product or related roles.

Skills:

· Strong understanding of loan product features, processes, and compliance requirements.

· Knowledge of product lifecycle management & market strategies.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (knowledge of IT/AI tools is a plus).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
