Product Developer

As a Product Developer at Citi, you will be responsible for various activities related to the development of new products and features. Your role will involve collaborating with Credit Users and Technology partners to develop and document comprehensive business and technical requirements. You will ensure that templates and data models are scalable and maintainable, and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, you will be involved in creating a product vision aligned with business priorities, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and providing user support during testing and postproduction phases. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate vendor deliverables for alignment with business objectives - Lead the creation of financial spreading templates for diverse business needs - Develop comprehensive business and technical requirements in partnership with stakeholders - Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies for on-time delivery - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as product owner in a cross-functional Agile team - Track development progress, adjust priorities based on feedback, and provide user support - Conceptualize, plan, and prioritize design and delivery of products or features - Partner with stakeholders to fulfill delivery objectives and implement a variety of products and solutions - Assist in identifying solutions across data analytics, reporting, CRM, and trade processing - Focus on controls and governance to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in white space - Attention to detail, process/analytic mindset, and ability to build networks - Familiarity with product development methodologies and end-to-end project delivery - Comfortable with data investigations and various analytical tools - Ability to structure problems, develop solutions, and drive results - Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for the Product Developer role at Citi.
