• Design and Development:
  

Create detailed designs and engineering drawings for various types of gates, including swing, sliding, telescopic, cantilever, and automated gates.

• Develop new gate designs using materials such as galvanized iron (GI), aluminum, and stainless steel. Standards Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and customer
  

specifications.Conduct structural calculations to validate gate strength and performance under different environmental conditions.

• Prototyping and Testing:
  

Collaborate with prototyping teams to develop and test gate models.
Analyze test results and refine designs to improve product performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  

Work with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are production-ready, cost-effective, and scalable.
Coordinate with installation teams to address site-specific challenges and customization needs.

• Problem-Solving:
  

Investigate and resolve design-related issues in production, installation, and after-sales processes.
Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.

Maintain detailed design documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), drawings, and technical specifications. Update design manuals and maintain a repository of standard designs for quick reference.

• Innovation:
  

Explore new technologies and materials to develop innovative gate solutions.
