Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, clients, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results.
• Take ideas and concepts, and visualize them in such a way that they are communicated effectively and compellingly to customers.
• Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite the complexity of the system.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the overall design culture of the company.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous product design projects and UX/UI work.
• Proficiency in Figma /Adobe Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to be comfortable with and navigate an industry undergoing disruption.
• A design portfolio that showcases proficient design skills, product thinking, and problem-solving.
• Unbounded curiosity and sense of adventure.
