Position overview

As a Product Designer at Floes, you’ll help transform ideas into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll own the design process end-to-end, from wireframes and prototypes to final designs collaborating with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders every step of the way.

What you’ll do

Design

Transform product requirements into detailed wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows that are intuitive and visually compelling.

Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive design strategy that aligns with business goals.

User-centered design

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance design solutions.

Problem solving

Identify design challenges and propose creative, user-centric solutions that elevate the product experience.

Stakeholder communication

Present design concepts and iterations to team members and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to continuously refine and improve your designs.

Documentation

Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, decisions, and iterations to ensure design continuity and team alignment.

What we’re looking for

Experience

2–6 years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on SaaS products.

Technical skills

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (we use Figma!) and a solid understanding of user interface design principles.

Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can clearly articulate your ideas and rationale.

Team Player

Collaborative spirit with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Detail-Oriented

A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions on time.

Please Note

This role requires quick execution and high ownership. You should be comfortable working under ambiguity and iterating fast based on internal and client feedback. Quality and speed are both essential in this role.
