Description
As a Product Designer (UI/UX) at Saarthee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of analytics, technology, and AI platforms. You will be responsible for crafting user-centric and visually refined experiences across all Saarthee products, ensuring consistency, usability, and delight at every interaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery. - Design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across multiple Saarthee products. - Develop and maintain a unified design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms. - Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and backend teams to bring design ideas to life. - Translate complex data and analytics concepts into clear, user-friendly interfaces. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to guide design decisions. - Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. - Participate in pilot design phases, iterating rapidly based on feedback and data insights. - Apply best practices in information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design. - Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance the user experience continuously. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field. - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in product design, UI/UX design, or interaction design, preferably in tech or analytics-driven environments. - Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and design thinking methodologies. - Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems. - Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) to collaborate effectively with developers. - Demonstrated ability to work across multiple products, balancing long-term design strategy with pilot-level agility. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate design rationale clearly. - A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work from concept to implementation.
