Product Designer (UI/UX)

Role & responsibilities

• Convert product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications
  
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams from concept to launch
  
• Conduct quick usability tests and iterate based on user insights and feedback
  
• Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the design system and design guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

• >2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design
  
• Strong design portfolio showcasing complete design process (problem approach final solution)
  
• Proficient in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping); familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus
  
• Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices
  
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  
• Nice to have: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with design systems/tokens, or exposure to tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Maze, etc.
