Product Designer (UI/UX)

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, elegant, and performance-driven design solutions across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with business and technology requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Own and Evolve the Design System:** Maintain and refine the design system to ensure consistency across products. - **Enhance User Experience:** Design seamless user journeys to simplify complex FinTech workflows for B2B and B2C audiences. - **Drive Innovation:** Experiment with emerging design methodologies and propose user-centric ideas to enhance the product experience. - **Manage Design Projects:** Balance multiple initiatives, work within Agile sprints, and deliver high-quality design assets aligned with product goals. - **Conduct Research & Discovery:** Lead user research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to inform design strategies. - **Design with Business Impact:** Align design decisions with KPIs like user engagement, conversion, and retention to contribute to product success. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. - 1+ year of experience designing user interfaces for web or mobile products (FinTech experience is a plus). - Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, user flows, wireframes, and design outcomes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present design rationale to cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Passion for data-driven design with a clear understanding of how design decisions impact business metrics.
