Job Title: Product Designer
Location: Printo Bomanahalli office - Printo Support Office (No remote/Hybrid/Work from home)Department: CategoryRole OverviewAs a Product Designer at Printo, you will be responsible for bringing life to our custom product templates and designs. This role requires a mix of technical design skills and creative thinking.

• Design high-quality product templates for items like:
• First pages of diaries/planners
• Printed sippers, mugs, and bottles
• Custom t-shirts, bags, and more
• Collaborate with the Category team to understand customer needs and design requirements
• Ensure print-readiness and production feasibility of designs
• Apply a creative lens while sticking to brand guidelines and technical constraints
• Keep up with trends in product design, printing techniques, and customer preferences
• Iterate on feedback and continuously improve design quality and efficiency
  

Required Skills & Experience

• A fresher or early-career designer (0–2 years) passionate about creative product design
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent design tools
• Understands print design requirements (CMYK, DPI, bleed, etc.) or eager to learn
• Has a good eye for aesthetics, layout, color, and typography
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Curious, creative, and eager to learn and grow with a dynamic team
