Key Responsibilities:

• Material Exploration: Understand the capabilities and design potential of an innovative, high-performance engineered concrete material.
• Product Innovation: Conceptualize and design new product lines — including wall panels, furniture, wash basins, and more — with unique aesthetics and functionality.
• Architect Collaboration: Work closely with architects and designers to understand their vision and translate ideas into customized product solutions.
• Concept Development: Turn ideas into detailed design proposals and technical shop drawings.
• Production Support: Create accurate production drawings to guide factory teams and ensure perfect execution.

• Great Communicator: Able to engage effectively with clients and teams
• Detail-Oriented: Precise in documentation and design output
• Software Proficiency:
• AutoCAD (2D drawings)
• SketchUp (3D visualization)
• Rhino + Grasshopper (advanced modeling & parametric design)
• Rendering Skills: A plus, but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
