Company Size Startup / Small Enterprise Experience Required 4 - 7 years Working Days 5 days/week Office Location Bellandur, Bengaluru Role & Responsibilities We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and delightful digital experiences for our users. As part of our Product and Design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping FirstClub’s user journey by designing intuitive, aesthetically compelling, and conversion-driven interfaces. The ideal candidate comes with experience in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions. Key Responsibilities- Design elegant and functional user interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive conversions. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs based on data-driven insights. Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform. Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and design reviews. Ideal Candidate 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other relevant design tools. Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis to improve user flows. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate designs based on feedback. Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout. A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
