About the Role:

Product Design Evangelist

Key Responsibilities:

Design Advocacy:
Promote best practices in product design, UX, and user-centered methodologies across the organization.
Product Strategy:
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to integrate design thinking into product roadmaps and decisions.
Mentorship & Training:
Mentor designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to elevate design literacy and skills.
Thought Leadership:
Lead workshops, presentations, and design sessions to inspire innovation and user-focused thinking.
Design System Leadership:
Advocate for scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent visual languages.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, engineering, and business teams to ensure cohesive and delightful product experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field
.
Experience in
evangelizing design at enterprise or startup-scale organizations
.
Familiarity with
emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI-driven design, and motion design
.
Prior experience
leading workshops, webinars, or design communities
.
