The role involves end-to-end delivery of a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) application, including
requirement gathering, client interfacing, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
This role ensures alignment between business needs and technical execution, leveraging
Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
Further, plan and schedule eProcurement implementation projects, driving stage gate
reviews, user acceptance tests and customer sign offs.
The range of processes include
RFXs, sourcing, reverse auctions, vendor interfacing, post purchase order processes and invoice processing, payment processes.
He/ She will be responsible for client satisfaction and meeting SLA commitments.

Required Candidate profile.

Degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Good expertise in procurement, sourcing and invoice, payment processes.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Conduct requirement analysis and translate client needs into actionable tasks.
Manage client communication and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Supervise bug identification, correction, and verification processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application delivery.
Lead Agile sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to structure development
cycles.
Monitor sprint progress, resolve blockers, and validate deliverables against client
expectations.
Maintain documentation and support process optimization initiatives.
