Product Definition Analyst 3

Summary of the Role

You’ll support functional analysis and solution design for applications in the Passenger Travel and Airline Distribution domains. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, investigate issues, and document solutions, bridging business needs with technical delivery.

In This Role You’ll

• Analyze business requirements, assess current functionalities, and define future-state solutions aligned with system constraints and stakeholder needs.

• Create and maintain documentation, including feasibility studies, specifications, and walkthroughs using tools like Confluence, JIRA, and XML editors.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams, supporting validation, traceability, and production integrity.

• Engage with stakeholders and customers, facilitating workshops and ensuring clarity throughout specification, testing, and implementation phases.

• Support team collaboration, participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to knowledge sharing across teams.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience in the Passenger Travel or Airline Distribution domain is preferred.

• Strong understanding of XML, APIs, and tools such as SOAP UI, Altova XMLSpy, and Postman.

• Skilled in requirement analysis, documentation, and cross-team communication.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
