Product Definition Analyst 3

As a Product Definition Analyst 3 at this company, your role will involve utilizing your technical and functional expertise within your discipline. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the Amadeus business and its relevance to your area of focus. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Assessing requirements and building, maintaining, and sharing functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user product usage. - Analyzing business requirements provided by Product Management and carrying out sizing specification and validation work. - Performing functional design tasks such as writing Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications, and conducting functional walk-throughs for stakeholders. - Collaborating with various divisions and departments to ensure functional compatibility with other Amadeus applications. - Contributing to the implementation of the test strategy, reviewing test plans, and ensuring compliance with delivered functionality and system integrity. - Ensuring traceability of tests with specifications and investigating, validating, and prioritizing reported incidents to maintain production integrity. - Managing relations with key stakeholders including Product Management, Project Management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams. - Interfacing with customers throughout requirements understanding, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases. - Participating in team events and supporting stakeholders by engaging in team ceremonies such as Agile forums, Team meetings, and Solution assessments. Your technical exposure in this role will involve experience in API documentation, XML, SQL, Agile, SAFE practices, alignment with application and business documentation, as well as possessing good communication skills.
