Product Consultant

As a Loan Origination Expert, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of end-to-end Loan Origination Systems (LOS) across retail and MSME lending. Your key responsibilities will include driving Rule Engine configurations, defining and optimizing Workflow Management, building and maintaining robust Master Management frameworks, delivering Mobility-first solutions, managing Global Customer Data Models, designing solutions for various product lines, collaborating with FinTech ecosystem partners, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and applying AI/ML techniques for risk scoring, credit behavior modeling, fraud detection, and conversational AI. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in Loan Origination Systems design and implementation, expertise in Rule Engines, Configurations, Workflow Management, Master Data Management, and Mobility Solutions. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of lending product lifecycle, hands-on exposure to CPV/Field Investigation modules and external data integrations, proven experience with FinTech integrations and Digital India Stack APIs, knowledge of Global Customer Data Management, and practical application of AI/ML in credit decisioning, fraud analytics, and customer engagement. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills are also crucial for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you must be a Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Technology, or Finance with 5-8 years of experience in Lending / LOS / BFSI / FinTech product development. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
